Thank you teachers, students, and parents for making this concert possible. A big thank you to composer and violinist Karen Shepherd for composing a special piece “I Will Play for You” for our talented orchestra to commemorate National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Our students prepared the piece just with 2 rehearsals, the same goes for a movement from Allan Bell’s Encounters commissioned by STE in 1979. Important to note, the concert was also a celebration of Suzuki’s 113th birthday on the 17th of October. Tutti Day concert was followed by a lecture presented by Mark Eeles to our new coming families.
