At the Society for Talent Education, we are planning to establish a Suzuki Strings Community Bursary intended for families who struggle to cover tuition costs.

Shinichi Suzuki said:

“Teaching music is not my main purpose. I want to make good citizens. If children hear fine music from the day of their birth and learn to play it, they develop sensitivity, discipline, and endurance. They get a beautiful heart.”

We want to give an opportunity for the less fortunate to experience Dr. Suzuki’s method and develop their potential, whether that be in music or in another endeavor. 

Our goal is to raise 4230$ to cover tuition for 3 students in the 2022-2023 school year. Along with participating in group classes, students will receive 30 minute private lessons. We are currently looking for sponsors who would be willing to help us reach this goal. With 141$ you can cover a month’s worth of tuition for 1 student! However, any amount as small as 5$ will help us reach our goal.
